Refund Policy

Designs are digital products that are delivered instantly, so once a file has been downloaded, refunds are generally not possible.

When I will refund or replace

If a file is corrupted, won't open, or you were charged but never received your download link, message me on Instagram with your purchase email — I will fix it or refund you.

Duplicate payments

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same design, the extra payment will be refunded in full.
